Items are not reserved when put in shopping cart and will disappear if they go out of stock while you are shopping. This is VERY RARE - but it does happen - particularly with Super Hot coupons.
Once coupons go out of stock they disappear from any carts they are in at the time. For super hot coupons that can happen very quickly... while you are shopping!
In order for the more advanced features of our website to work, e.g. Email When Back-In-Stock requests, the ability to save cart contents for more than an few minutes, etc., our inventory is real time. That means that quantity is only reduced on the site after an order is placed and paid for - not when it is simply put into a shopping cart.
For most of our coupons our inventory is so substantial it doesn't really matter because it never goes out of stock. For the super hot coupons, the ones that go out of stock within minutes, it can be a problem... There are always people that have the coupon in their carts and the coupons disappears as soon as the last of them are ordered.

| Can I add to my order or combine multiple orders into one to save on shipping? |

We have tried in the past to offer this service and we have frankly failed miserably. Anything that stops our flow leads to mistakes. We cannot pull orders out of order to combine, etc. and keep that flow going so we are not able to combine orders.

| Can I be contacted when you get more of a coupon that is currently out of stock? |

Each time we add more of ANYTHING to the site, we will send out an email notifications.

| Can I order 1 of each coupon? |

Orders of just 1 each coupon is very labor intensive and with over 1,300 different clipped coupons at any given time, it can be very disheartening for our wonderful order fillers. We give our customers the option of only ordering 1 coupon but we do ask that a minimum of 5 of most coupon in your cart. Thank you for your understanding. |
| If I've already ordered the maximum amount allowed for an item, when can I order it again? |

Maximum order limits are per 7 day period. In other words, you can order the max of each item once a week.
Please be aware that limits are always being evaluated and increased or decreased based on supply and demand. Check back to see if the coupons order limit has been increased later in the week after we have had a chance to make more available.

| Is there a maximum order quantity? |

Some items do have a max order limit which is the maximum number of that item allowed in any 7 day period.
Sometimes the limit is not displayed but the cart will automatically adjust your total to the maximum limit and a message will come up telling you what the maximum order limit is.
*****If you make more than one order per 7 day period and exceed this value, the amount in excess of the maximum allowed will be canceled and the payment will be issued as store credit. *****
Here's the nastiest thing you will ever read on the site so prepare yourself:
People who repeatedly order back to back orders to skirt order limits will be blocked from the site and asked not to return.

| What are the rules concerning limits? |

The limits are there so more people will get at least SOME of the coupons. We are VERY strict and get a little fussy if someone comes back with some technicality as to why they should have been allowed to order multiple orders, thereby getting more than everyone else was allowed to. Here's the technical rule: it's per account/physical or ip address. We do not like acting like police and when we find someone who has, for example, opened multiple accounts to get around the limits - we block, block, block them from the site. Come on people, we don't have time for this nonsense.
We hope those of you who order respecting our limits will understand this. Those who try to work our system to get around the limits will be blocked from the site.
