**How long will it take for my order to arrive?
 

We are able to do same day shipping for the vast majority of the orders that come in. See the shipping estimate in the upper left of every page at the site to see when current orders will ship...

  • First Class Mail (2-9 days) Letter/Parcels (0-13 ounces)
    • (Almost always arrives in 2-3 days!)
  • Priority Mail (2-3 day) Flat Rate Envelope (0-5 Pounds)
    • Most often arrives in 2 days!
  • Priority Flat (2-3 day) Rate Box (5-15 Pounds)
    • Most often arrives in 2 days!
  • Express Mail (1-2 day) Flat Rate Envelope (0-5 Pounds)

Please note: This is for items that include delivery confirmation/tracking. Our customers report that 1st class envelopes arrive between 2-3 days most of the time.

If you order has not arrive in this time frame we are able to do some level of tracking even with First Class through IMB with Confirm. (Intelligent Mail Barcoding - click here for details on this new service through USPS.com) We can see where your order was last scanned - if no scans have occurred then it has been lost in the mail and we will replace the order once a reasonable amount of time has passed.
Rest assured that we do everything we can to avoid delays: 1) We use professionally generated labels/envelopes. 2) We only use standard #10 business envelopes as they have the most streamline handling through USPS. 2) We have researched our refined our packaging methods - down to very specific details such as never using tape on envies as it cause them to get caught in the sorting machines but always using it with expedited services avoiding the same type of delays!
We go to extraordinary lengths to provide unbeatable speed so you can get you order in time for that sale!


**What do you charge for shipping?
 
Actual shipping cost plus a 50 cent administrative fee.
Exceptions:

Priority Shipments where shipping cost is higher than order subtotal will incur a $1 administrative fee to offset the higher payment processing fees on our end.

Express Shipments where shipping cost is higher than order subtotal will incur a $2 administrative fee to offset the higher payment processing fee on our end.

**When do you ship?
  Shipping your order as fast as possible is a very high priority.  We try for same day shipping...  Obviously early in the week this is more difficult.  There is an estimated shipping date in the upper left of any screen of the site that lets you know when any currently placed order should ship. 
Can I TRACK my package(s)?
 
The best way to check on your order is paste the IMB/tracking number HERE.  (Most orders are NOT trackable... see below)

Since we use IMB with Confirm (Intelligent Mail Barcoding - click here for details on this new service through USPS.com), we are able to get some information on all orders, whether they have delivery confirmation or not!

A NOTE ABOUT DELAYED/LOST ORDERS: 

The vast majority of our orders arrive within 2-3 days regardless of the shipping method selected.  There are always a few that are delayed for reasons that are completely out of our control and we see a dramatic increase in delays after a postal holiday or during periods of extreme weather conditions (or during the whole month of December!)  The only thing anyone can do is check on the tracking if it's is trackable or check on the IMB number with Confirm if it's an envelope or 1st class flat.

If you feel your order has been lost in the mail AND it has been over a week since it was mailed, please contact dede@coupondede.com with the order number and your concern. 

Again, if you ordered selecting a 1st class envelope or 1st class flat as your shipping method, there is no tracking!  You can check on the order using the IMB with Confirm number through endicia.com.  See instructions above.

Under shipping it says, "Rates Unavailable - DO NOT PLACE ORDER - Contact Admin" What do I do?
 
The most common reason for this is you haven't filled out all the shipping address fields - check the "State" field in particular.  If that doesn't solve it let us know so we can help right away! 
 
(If you place your order with no shipping & handling charges, it will be cancelled and refunded.)
