| How do I track my order? |

The best way to check on your order is paste the IMB/tracking number HERE. (Most orders are NOT trackable... see below)
Since we use IMB with Confirm (Intelligent Mail Barcoding - click here
for details on this new service through USPS.com), we are able to get
some information on all orders, whether they have delivery confirmation
or not!
PLEASE NOTE:MOST ORDER DO NOT HAVE TRACKINGDid you choose
1st CLASS ENVELOPE or 1st CLASS FLAT?If yes, your order does NOT have tracking! Rather,
the number associated with your order is Intelligent Mail Barcoding
with Confirm and you can check to see if it's been scanned in a
sorting facililty by entering the IMB number here. A NOTE ABOUT DELAYED/LOST ORDERS:
The vast majority of our orders arrive
within 2-3 days regardless of the shipping method selected. There are
always a few that are delayed for reasons that are completely out of our
control and we see a dramatic increase in delays after a postal holiday
or during periods of extreme weather conditions (or during the whole
month of December!) The only thing anyone can do is check on the
tracking if it's is trackable or check on the IMB number with Confirm if
it's an envelope or 1st class flat.
If
you feel your order has been lost in the mail AND it has been over a
week since it was mailed, please contact dede@coupondede.com with the order number and your concern.
Again,
if you ordered selecting a 1st class envelope or 1st class flat as your
shipping method, there is no tracking! You can check on the order
using the IMB with Confirm number through endicia.com. See instructions above.
*The Sorting Facilities, or Hubs, are in larger cities - the zip code is
not going to be the same as your destination zip code but should be close.

First, let me say I am sorry for any mistake we may have made! While we boast a lower than 1% error rate, those errors do happen. Please let us know so we can get you the correct items AND so that we can nip any problems in the bud!
Please contact dede@coupondede.com within 1 week of receipt of your order with:
- Order Number
- Missing Item(s)
- Any incorrectly included item(s)
- Finally, if you have the packing slip, please let us know if there was a dot next to the missing item on the invoice.
We will get your replacements out asap! (We will respond to the email when time permits but will reship without delay!)
